| In recent years, with the continuous development of social economy and industry internal and external environment changes, the development of China’s logistics and manufacturing industry have bottlenecks. Studies have pointed out that realizes the manufacturing and logistics industry interactive development can reduce the manufacturing cost and enhance their core competitiveness at the same time. It also can expand the demand of the logistics industry and promote its industrial upgrading. In one word, it can effectively solve the two problems encountered in the development of manufacturing and logistics industry. Since then, a lot of research based on the connotation, mechanism, patterns and present situation of manufacturing and logistics industry interactive development have been done, in order to fundamentally understand manufacturing and logistics industry interactive development, look for reason hinder the development and promote the coordinated development. But all those studies have certain limitations, such as:some scholars think that in the process of manufacturing and logistics industry interactive development, the logistics industry is in a passive position and the logistics capability plays a certain extent determines role in manufacturing and logistics industry interactive development. However, there is no theory analysis and empirical test based on the Impact of logistics capability on manufacturing and logistics industry interactive development. Based on the above situation, this article adopts the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to logistics capability impact on manufacturing and logistics industry interactive development.First of all, on the basis of reviewing and using the experience of predecessors, through the definition of logistics capability and the analysis of the constituent elements of it, this article divides logistics capability into four aspects:basic support ability, information technology ability, operation and management ability and environmental protection ability. And it also establishes the index system for quantitative and comparative analysis. Results showed that in the process of social and economic development, logistics capability is on different levels in different provinces of China and it enhanced significantly higher in the late stage.Secondly, this article selected industry alignment as the dependent variable indicators, using the method of input and output to calculate the various sub industries of manufacturing and logistics industry alignment. And comparatively analyses the different between them. Results showed that different provinces the industry linkage relations are not harmonious in different provinces of our country, two industry determine the need of each other, but the logistics industry is more dependent on manufacturing, manufacturing industry is an important pulling force of the logistics industry development, but the promotion of the logistics industry to the development of manufacturing is very limited. The into-alignments of three types of manufacturing and logistics industry are higher, but the investment of three types of manufacturing in the logistics industry is greater than logistics industry in them.Finally, through the hypothesized theoretical analysis and model test, the results show that the logistics capability only has significantly positive effect on the two industry linkage relative demand alignment, and the influence of basic support ability and information technology ability is more obvious than operation and management ability and environmental protection ability. After manufacturing been divided into three categories, in addition to the positive effect of logistics capability on capital-intensive manufacturing and technology-intensive manufacturing and logistics industry linkage relative demand alignment is obvious, the others are not obvious. |
