Research On Collaborative Relationship Between Manufacturing Industry And Logistics Industry From Two Dimensions

The synergy between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry in a region can not only show the overall development level of logistics industry and logistics service efficiency,but also have a significant impact on the operating costs and operational efficiency of the manufacturing industry in the region.At present,the manufacturing industry in China is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,By evaluating the collaborative relationship between manufacturing industry and logistics industry,it reveals the problems in the development of logistics industry,and puts forward the improvement strategy,which can promote the coordinated development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry,enhance the efficiency of manufacturing industry by logistics service,Industry development bottleneck of the purpose,has important practical significance.To encourage and promote the coordinated development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry,to create supply chain coordination operation,is an important mean of breaking the bottleneck of the development of manufacturing industry and enhance the competitiveness of the industry,it's also help to promote the modernization of China's logistics development.In recent years,the central government and the Fujian provincial government have introduced policies and measures to encourage and support the coordinated development of manufacturing and logistics industry.Based on this,This article studies the collaborative relationship between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Changle from two dimensions,and through the synergy of service capability and spatial distribution analyzed the relationship between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Changle.And puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems encountered in the coordinated development of the industry.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzed the present situation and the problems of Changle's manufacturing industry and logistics industry,and explored the current situation and logistics needs about sub-industry(Textile industry?steel industry?Building materials and machinery)of manufacturing industry in Changle specifically.(2)From the different angles of manufacturing and logistics industry,based on the basic needs of service and value-added service needs explored the needs of each other.(3)Based on the dimension of service capability,an industrial collaborative development evaluation model of PCA-GRA is established,and the collaborative relationship between manufacturing and logistics service capability of Changle is studied;Based on the spatial distribution dimension,the paper made a spatial distribution simulation of enterprise and employees about Changle's Manufacturing and logistics industry.Comprehensive studied the collaborative between the two industries.(4)The countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry are put forward from three aspects:government,trade association and related enterprises.
