In the global economic downturn, many companies are suffering from unprecedented huge impact, the majority of small and medium enterprises is also subjected to a very difficult life and death test, we are difficult to avoid the enterprise, due to the decline in production, inventory, transportation, planning arrangements should have a relative change in order to adapt to the actual needs of production. Based on this year, the company vigorously implement lean production and management to improve the opportunity, the management of the workshop in the lean production management has carried out a bold attempt to pursue a more rational and scientific way of production organization, more effective use of existing resources, adjust the process layout, more effective control and to control the production rhythm to meet the needs of production. Ultimately improve the quality of personnel and equipment utilization, optimize the layout of the field, to improve the management of the field has a very positive role.This paper analyzes the key issues of production factors, such as human, machine, material, loop, measurement and other factors of production, research the key issues of control and production cost. According to the requirements and principles of lean thinking, the paper analyzes the key issues, such as the process optimization, site improvement, process layout, production planning, process optimization, process optimization, process analysis.
