Intergration Of The Pork Supply Chain Predominated By The Core Enterprise

Pork farming constitutes one part of the foundation of our agriculture, But "small-scale production and big market" pattern excites during the breeding, the circulation organization degree is low, there is a lack of quality safety, profit distribution between the node enterprises is not reasonable. This is due to the traditional supply chain is in a state of loose structure, low degree of integration, and each node enterprise operates individually. So it is necessary to explore the integration strategy of Chinese pork supply chain in order to put forward the integrated supply pork supply chain, to break the current loose structure, to ease the common problem.At first, this thesis introduces the present situation of the pork supply chain of China and furthermore Sichuan province. Then the traditional pork supply chain and its developing trend is elaborated. And then we summarize the researches of the pork supply chain, and elaborate the common problems:the mechanism of price fluctuation analyzed, it is pointed out that the trend of Chinese live pig market price fluctuations is spread; the pork is still a lack of a certain degree of quality and safety; profit distribution is a lack of equality.The thesis analyzes the status and role of core enterprise in the pork supply chain. The idea of integrating the pork supply chain is proposed in this thesis. For the lack of intensification, leading enterprise needs using its advantages to supervise and control farming areas, slaughter and processing segment, sales links through contract governance and relationship governance. So that it can make the traditional loose pork supply chain towards an integrated one, and it can also improve the overall function of the supply chain and improve supply chain synergy. Furthermore, the core of optimization and integration is how to make node enterprises in the supply chain be an integrated one.This paper proposes the integration model of the pork supply chain. Based on the integration of the traditional zero sum game contraction, the zero sum game model is constructed through the analysis of the relationship. The integration strategy based on contract and relationship management is analyzed, which is the integration of the strategic synergy, and the non-zero sum game model is constructed. Two kinds of models are compared, in the non-zero sum game model, it is proved farmers and enterprises will improve the level of effort after integration and the overall benefits will increase. The effect of the integration of the pork supply chain leading by the core enterprise is expounded.At the end of the graduation thesis, the method of SWOT is used for the pork supply chain in Sichuan province, and then the idea of integrating the pork supply chain is proposed in this thesis. The cooperation between the new hope group and the farmers in Leshan is analyzed as an example. A model example shows that the optimization and integration will improve the effort of enterprises. The spread price fluctuations, lack of quality and safety and the unfair distribution of profits will be relieved.
