Study On Coopetition Between Slaughtering And Processing Enterprise And Supermarket In High Quality Pork Supply Chain

The pork is the main food and important source of nutrition for humanity. China is the largest pork producing and consuming country in the world, but its quality and safety level is relatively low, affecting physical and mental health of domestic consumers and restricting the pork industry to enhance international competitiveness. The implementation of supply chain management, building high quality pork supply chain composed by the appropriate scale pig farms, large and medium sized slaughter and processing enterprises and supermarket, is an effective way to solve this problem. Supply chain management emphasizes the coopetition relationship between cooperate partners. Cooperation can bring the overall benefit increase, and competition can make overall benefit allocated rationally, which can encourage cooperation. The coopetition between slaughter and processing enterprise and supermarket is a key point of whether the high quality pork supply chain can run steadily. Based on the analysis of a large number of literatures at home and abroad and investigation, this paper analyses systematically the competition—cooperation relationship between Slaughter and processing enterprise and supermarket. by methods of comparative analysis, model analysis and game analysis.The system awareness of competition-cooperation between slaughter and processing enterprise and supermarket is the foundation of this paper. First this part starts form the research of high quality pork's definition and the structure and function of high quality pork supply chain, then explains the function of supermarket in high quality pork supply chain, Finally, analyses the reasons, characteristics and functions of competition-cooperation between slaughter and processing enterprise and supermarket. Study shows that: the role of supermarkets is mainly reflected in the promotion for slaughter and processing enterprises and pig farms and the guide for customer; the reason of competition-cooperation are maximizing the interests in the basis of enhancing their core competencies and the changes of external market environment; competition-cooperation has the nature of multilevel dynamic, coexistent and independence; competition-cooperation can enhance the stabilization of supply chain and improve the competitiveness of supply chain and the partners in it.The empirical analysis of competition-cooperation between slaughter and processing enterprise and supermarket and the construction of the mechanism model is the core of this paper. Based on the analysis of actual investigation, this part has discovered the manifestation of competition-cooperation in the realistic society; then proposes the definition of effective competition, and constructs the formation of competing model of it. Study shows that: slaughter and processing company and supermarket achieve effective competition by way of signing contract; In the pork price determined , delivery timeliness and loan settlement and timeliness and so on aspect , they still have competition, but could the negotiated settlement; the formation of competing model of competition-cooperation between them is a whole which effectively constitutes by five mechanisms of dynamic mechanism, transmission mechanism, realization mechanism, incentive mechanism and conflict-coordination mechanism.The realization mechanism and incentive mechanism is the deepening of the formation of competing model of competition-cooperation. This part ,first of all, point out that the relationship between slaughter and processing enterprise and supermarket is principal-agent relationship, and introduces the process of establishing the principal-agent relationship; then constructs incentive mechanism and game mechanism; finally, analyses the manifestation of conflict mechanism and realization mechanism in the realistic society by the examples of Feicheng Yinbao group and Yinzuo group. Study shows that: slaughter and processing enterprise and supermarket will be in a state of effective competition when the proportion of cost-benefit of incentive between slaughter and processing enterprise and supermarket; the slaughter and processing enterprise can achieve the incentive's purpose of information sharing by ways of increasing the output coefficients and reducing the cost coefficients of supermarket; reducing the risk preferences of slaughter and processing enterprise and supermarket, supervision cost and extraordinary gain of competition, and increasing the money loss, potential loss and credit loss of breach of contract both can optimize the relationship between them.Improving the business relationship between the pork industry enterprise and supermarket is the end-result of the paper.For actual research and the results of the medols, From the slaughtering Processing industry, the supermarket, the high quality pork supply chain and the government four aspects proposed that the consummation competes effectively the countermeasure suggestion which gathersThe study in this essay is only the preliminary achievement and part contents of the complicated systematic-research on partners choice and competing mechanism in high quality pork (70572100).
