Because of tough economic situation, the impact of e-commerce, the changing of consumer shopping habits and other factors, retail enterprises began to accelerate the business model in the true sense of innovation. Since the concept of O2O is systematically presented, retailers began to develop online business, turning O2O full channel management, speed up the layout of e-commerce based on mobile. However, two key issues should be addressed while retail enterprises trying to achieve O2O model transformation. Firstly, retailers should solve the offline store network layout problem, to transform existing store to experience store, or build new experience store; secondly, after the retail enterprises achieve O2O transformation, will face the problem that how to optimize distribution network in order to enhance the efficiency of logistics.Firstly, the business model and retail logistics model of traditional retail enterprises and e-commerce retail enterprises are compared, and then leads to the concept of O2O mode and O2O retail enterprises, defines the O2O retail-logistics network is a network that contain stores network and logistics network. Then layout comprehensive summary optimization theory of stores network and logistics network, proposes gradual covering theory to make up the shortcomings of classical location theory. The gradual covering location model established with service quality, use Lingo to solve the model features, the result provides different best location options under different invest budget constrains. After the location decisions of experience store is completed, proposes the model to optimize distribution network combining the characteristics of logistics under O2O mode, model unified with the transport path represents roving vehicle distribution and direct shipment of transportation costs, and design two-stage genetic algorithm to solve the problem. Finally, take Suning as an example, the data collection is complete through field research, distribution logistics and statistical reports and depth discussion,and determines the value of the dependent variable, and then use the experience store location model to get the result of Suning stores network layout decisions, and based on layout decisions, achieve its distribution network optimization, optimization results in line with the actual situation, and thus shows the practicality of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm, and provides Suning a scientific method to solve the problem of optimize O2O retail-logistics network.Although the article has made some achievements in the areas of O2O retail-logistics network node layout, but O2O model is a new model, its content and features are evolving, retail-logistics network is characterized with the development of the times.Based on the layout optimization of retail-logistics network node provided herein, the model should be optimized and the algorithm should be improved according to the actual situation.
