Production planning is the core of the whole production system. The essence of the plan is to find a way to balance the market demand and the supply of production capacity. This thesis is a study of the SV products of Y company, and it want to find a way to optimize various resources. As the old mode of the planning was often disorderly change, it wasted production capacity and resources. It is hoped that the new and scientific production planning will provide satisfactory products and services to solve the problems.Firstly, according to the thirty months’historical data of SV products, and combined with the status of inventory, material conditions and the actual production demand,it can amend and confirm the short-term quantitative forecast.Secondly, on the basis of the forecast data and actual production capacity, a optimized linear model and a preliminary monthly production plan could be established. For linear programming, the obtained results of the model are analyzed by changing the value of objective function and various resources. Finally, based on the ABC theory,This thesis want to find out more important factors to optimize the implementation of production plan. If all of these key modles has been achieved, the whole production plan will be successfulThrough the establishment of a complete set of production plan, we can solve the problem of disorder and waste in SV series products. In the process of solving the problem, a series of computer aided software has been ultilized, such as Predictor CB module in Ball Crystal software, Premium Solver Platform softeware,Solver Table software, the Visual Basic Application on Excel software. The conclusions of this paper are supported by these software.
