This paper will focus on the risk of virtual cluster in the software industry by the methods of literature review, model analysis, comparison and demonstration. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly through the Shenzhen Software Park, the current development of virtual clusters to do a simple overview, as well as the analysis of the positive role of the virtual cluster in the software industry to do, so that the research background, purpose and significance. Then put forward the research method of this paper. In the second chapter, the paper summarizes the research status of the software industry and the virtual cluster, and then summarizes the current research status of the virtual cluster of software industry, from SIVC’s concept, characteristics, model, periodic theory, as well as social and economic benefits of these five aspects to do a theoretical overview. The third chapter will focus on the risk of virtual cluster in the software industry, and then do research on the three aspects of risk identification, risk assessment and risk prevention and control. The fourth chapter will be in Shenzhen Software Park as an example of software virtual industry cluster of risk prevention and control research, through the questionnaire survey method, the risk of Shenzhen Software Park virtual cluster development of identification, evaluation and according to the evaluation results, the paper puts forward the corresponding prevention and control strategies. In the end, this paper will summarize the contents of the study, and the results and limitations of this research, and point out the direction of further research. In this paper, we will analyze and discuss the virtual cluster of the software industry and the virtual cluster of Shenzhen software park through the literature review, comparative method, and empirical research.
