Study On Improvement Of Supply Chain Management In L Company

With the deepening of economic globalization, providing a product or service for the society is no longer an independent work. A variety of outsourcing of the parts producing or services, communications and assistance between the enterprises are becoming common business operation patterns. Especially in the domestic manufacturing industry nowadays, to finish a product requires companies to provide different parts and services. The qualities of the products in the manufacturing industry do not only depend on the quality controlling levels of the enterprises themselves, but also by the whole quality levels of the entire supply chains. Each key point in the supply chains has a crucial impact on the final product qualities.This article is elaborating on the supply chain quality management and related theories, and studying on the supply chain quality management of L Company. And it will present improving methods after analyzing the on-line quality issues and customer service. Firstly, from the point of their own views, it has to improve the inspection and supervision abilities and efficiencies, and improve the control on the suppliers’quality performance more strictly, and also find and solve the problems on time. In this paper, we identify the process by SIPOC model and ASME table, and then use ESIA method to get a process optimization result. Secondly, to set up a model of supplier quality performance evaluations system based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has to be established to manage the supply chain for implementing the principle of survival of the fittest. At last, L Company can improve the quality management of the entire supply chain by supporting some of the small-scale suppliers to improve their quality managements, introducing the international quality management system to them. Through the optimization plan, put into practice and review the results after improvements. Improving the comprehensive strength of the supply chains by the methods above can make the whole supply chain stay in the dominant position of the intense market competition.
