Research On Quality Evaluation Methods Of Product General Parts Suppliers Under The Environment Of SCM

Global economic integration continues to deepen and supply chain management model continues to evolve,which has brought great opportunities and challenges to manufacturing industry of China.Since the manufacturing level of continuous refinement and standardization,quality management of universal components has become an important business of enterprise management under the environment of supply chain,scientific evaluation of supplier quality becomes an important problem in supply chain enterprises.The relationships between core enterprises and universal components suppliers evolve into cooperative game from zero-sum game.How manufacturing enterprises of China to build a scientific and reasonable index system,adopt scientific methods to evaluate quality of universal components and selection becomes a key factor of a long-term competitive advantage of enterprises.This paper starts from the current situation and problems of universal product suppliers' quality evaluation of domestic,studying our country's universal components suppliers' quality evaluation of basic theories,contents,methods and related management issues,acts as a business management practice in the relevant theoretical support and practical basis.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper researches on product of universal components suppliers' quality theory of the evaluation under the supply chain management environment.Based on the existing quality evaluation theory,analysis of the evolution of quality evaluation theory under supply chain environment,this paper finds the trend of its development.Through the analysis of the relationship between the quality theory,process theory and collaborative quality theory,multi-dimensional theoretical basis of supplier quality evaluation under SCM environment is demonstrated.And based on the analysis of the quality characteristics of the SCM environment for product of universal components and the existing theory being not adaptability,this paper presents the supplier quality evaluation of multi-dimension theory.Secondly,this paper studies on practical multi-dimensional evaluation under the environment of SCM universal components suppliers' quality.Based on the related literature about supplier quality evaluation practical information and the practical information associated with the field survey,this paper analyzes the supplier quality assessment from overall situation,existing problems and cause.Combined with the new requirements,this paper puts forward the target and principles emphasize "win-win" of supplier quality evaluation.Aimed at the limiting factors for the existing quality evaluation,this paper puts forward the feasible methods to break through the limits from two aspects to improve requirements and multi-dimensional.Thirdly,this paper constructs the dimension structure of evaluation on universal components suppliers' quality under SCM environment.Through the analysis of supplier quality evaluation of ownership structure,content structure,system structure and module structure,this paper presents the framework of the dimension structure of supplier quality evaluation.And it expounds the ability of quality dimensions,quality growth dimensions,quality strategic dimensions,consistency of quality dimensions and metrics,formed the evaluation content of modular system with multi-dimensional structure.Fourthly,this paper weights the indicators of suppliers' quality evaluation based on eye-sighting technology.By classification and analysis of the recent assessment indicator method's limitation,this paper defines the brain as the black box of the assessment and it has a great influence on the weights.This part proposes the method that weighted the indicators by measuring the psychology and physical data.This part designs the eye-sight experimental scheme by analysis of the eye-sight indicator and professionals' psychology.The basic scheme of evaluation indicator weighting is developed by the connection of visual stimulation of quality indicators and valuators' feeling.For the usability of weighting system,this paper checks and revises the weighting system by managers and expert investigation method.Fifthly,this paper researches on the quantization of universal components suppliers'evaluation under the SCM situation.It proposes the multi-dimensional model of suppliers'quality evaluation with confirming the quality assurance function and quality fostering function and quality coordination function of universal components suppliers' evaluation under SCM situation.By compare and analysis of recent supplier's quality evaluate method,a more proper method of suppliers' quality evaluation is developed,which is the multi-dimensional model of suppliers' quality.Through the fault tree's analysis about the evolution and key areas of quality space,the model can catch the key monitor indicators.This paper evaluates the suppliers' quality by BP neural networks and provides the final result.This model is the basic function for users the same as linear weighted model.Sixthly,it proposes the research on the standard management of universal components suppliers' quality assessment under the SCM situation.Then this paper provides the standard management frame,logical structure and supporting measure of suppliers quality assessment.On the basement of confirming the realization of standardization management,this paper offers the guideline about the suppliers' quality assessment.
