The Research On Suceeded Leading Industries Of Xingtai In The Economy Conversion

Industry is the leading industry of the national economy, the industrial economy is also an important indicator of a region’s economic growth. Xingtai, Hebei Province, is an important resource-based industrial city, leading industry relies on mining and processing to wealthy minerals, forests and other resources, such as coal, metallurgy, building materials.But because of the limited and non-renewable mineral resources, the development of industry depending on resource will be constrained.Coupled with the limited carrying capacity of the ecological environment and over-exploitation of natural resources, it damaged ecological environment seriously,and it caused Significant environmental pollution problems.Between 2012-2014, Xingtai repeatedly enter the country with severe air pollution in the top ten.Xingtai will face a series of challenges to a structural imbalance, lack of resources, the ecological imbalance and environmental pollution. So how to make economic transformation successfully before resource depletion is the primary task of Xingtai.Based on the research of substituent leading industries of Xingtai in the economy conversion,I hope that conclusions can provide reference for Xingtai on economic transformation in decision-making.In this paper, by analyzing the status of Xingtai Industrial development,I Summed features,such as structural imbalance of the industries,Irrational,relatively low-tech of leading industry and so on,that led a range of issues,such as the economy of Xingtai not development healthly, environmental pollution worsed, Single products and structural unemployment.I divided the 17 counties into three categories through 17 counties in Xingtai industrial economy cluster analysis combined with the six indicators of industrial development evaluation,.the first is areas that have good Industrial development and good industrial base. The second is areas that have moderate Industrial development and good industrial base.The last is the relative backward areas.It proved that Xingtai is uneven development,and that the objective necessity of substituent leading industries of xingtai.I develop principles on how substituent industries by reading a lot of literature.I operated factor analysis for 16 industrial sectors and 8 indicators and ranked according to the level of the composite score. Comparing the ranking of 2012 and 2013, we can conclude thatoverall ratings of computer, communications,communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing,machinery industry and textile industry are in the top row.They are most likely to be the new leading industries. Finally, the article conclude that Xingtai need to give a clear direction of choosing replace industry,Strengthen industrial technological innovation and provide financial support for substituent leading industries actively.
