Evaluation On The Development Of Tertiary Industry In Guizhou Province By Using Factor Analysis And Cluster Analysis

The report of the18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC) pointed out that the economic growth in China is faced with the dilemma of three-term overlaps: tremendous input, high consumption, and emphasis on the expansion of amount; the rise of cost of the key elements such as the labor force; unsustainable way of development leading to the exhaustive exploitation of resource and environment. This dilemma necessitates optimizing the structure of economics in keeping its stable growth. As a result, It is necessary to nurture and catalyze new driving for developing economics and advancing the society, to deepen reform, and to accelerate the adoption of innovation-driving development strategies, which is of significant consequence for the study and development of tertiary industry in certain areas. The tertiary industry develops rapidly, yet it and even the overall level development in Guizhou Province, still lags behind the level of the developed areas in China. Many problems are in urgent need of resolution. Remarkable difference and too big income gap between urban and rural areas exist in different cities in Guizhou Province. The overall level of economics development is not high. Low-end overdemand and high-end supply deficiency are still ubiquitous in the tertiary industry. The tertiary has a high capacity of employment, and a prosperous prospect. Therefore, it will be of great importance to treat systematically the level of development of the tertiary industry in Guizhou Province, and then to find the root of problems, and then to pin down the feasible strategies.First,the study reviews the theories concerning the development of the tertiary industry and other related ones at home and abroad, and then laconically retrospects theories on Industrial Organization, Third the division of industry,the third industry,he third industry internal changes,the impact of the third industrythe role of objective factors, regional sustainable developmenttheory. By comparing Guizhou Province and other areas in China in terms of internal and external factors responsible for the development of the tertiary industry, this thesis pin down the position of Guizhou’s tertiary industry development.Second,serious considering the development of tertiary industry and relevant theories, and the realistic situation in Guizhou Province, and learn from previous studies, this thesis builds an evaluation system on the tertiary industry in Guizhou Province. Marrying the coefficient analysis and cluster analysis, from the perspective of space, on the basis of the data on the development of the tertiary industry in Guizhou Province 2013, this thesis builds up the evaluation system, and gives the comprehensive evaluation on six cities and and three autonomous states in Guizhou Province.Third,by the systematic analysis both quantitatively and qualitatively, taking into account the reality in Guizhou Province, this thesis proposes the advisable strategies for the development of tertiary industry: building a green ecological guizhou; reinforcing the government guidance; optimizing the internal structure of tertiary industry; The development of competitive industries to narrow the gap in cities and in states; speeding the urbanization of rural areas; ensuring the stable growth of people ’ s income;Change the idea of regional development; promoting the harmonious development of the primary sector, the secondary industry, and the tertiary industry.
