The Cluster Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Research To The Influential Factors Of Collaborative Innovation In Shanxi Province

As an important organizational form and carrier to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, industrial cluster has an increasingly significant support effect on the development of regional economic. In recent years, with the constantly emerging of the industrial cluster mode, clustering has been the main direction of development of small and medium-sized enterprises. However, low degree of concentration in industrial clusters, lack of innovative capacity of SMEs and other issues are still the sustainable development and functioning of clusters of SMEs. In this context, May 2015, the State Council issued the“Made in China 2025”, an explicit proposal to promote the building of a high level of SME clusters. Relevant documents relating to the promotion of SMEs development, promulgated by CPC Central Committee and State Council, are clearly to promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters and guide on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises with cluster.This paper combines the theoretical research and empirical research, based on the related outstanding scientific research achievements at home and abroad, defines the concept of SME cluster, collaborative innovation and analyzes the collaborative innovation model theory, the theory of regional innovation system and the theory of industrial policy; Simultaneously,connecting with the present situation of cluster development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province, based on four aspects influencing factors theoretical model,which is made up of node layer, network layer, embedded layer and the outer layer, the factors model that affects collaborative innovation is constructed and relevant research hypotheses are proposed. Through field investigation and questionnaire survey, using SPSSsoftware to make a statistic analysis on the collected data, LISREL analysis software to verify this model and related assumptions, analyzes the influence factors affecting the cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province of collaborative innovation, and describes the research articles in detail.Finally, use for reference the experience of cluster development internationally, and combining the actual situation of the collaborative innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi, from four aspects that establishing the regional integration of small and medium-sized enterprises in industrial cluster of SMEs, increasing government support, the implementation of regional brand strategy and establishment the main body union, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province, which provide a decision-making reference and direction to the cluster development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province.
