A Complex Network Theory-Based Regional Logistics Distribution Network Optimization

Before and after the reform and opening-up policy, China’s logistics began to sprout, and then experienced two stages:learning-introduction stage and development stage. In the 21st century, with the development of economic and the progress of scientific and technological, China’s logistics has gradually network and systematic, and then entered in a rapid development stage. In the process of rapid development, the problem of the optimization of logistics distribution network gradually put on the agenda. What followed was raised a hot wave of national construction of regional logistics center. And the representative of the regional logistics park are the pearl river delta, Yangtze river delta logistics park, Shanghai logistics park, logistics park in Zhejiang, and Guangzhou logistics park, etc. Their function includes freight services, production services, business services and composite services, and gradually been matured. But as a regional logistics network node, Logistics Park should serve the development of regional logistics network as a whole, while in fact its inaccurate positioning, redundant construction and other issues led to the entire area logistics distribution network’s operating cannot be optimal. As the same time, the logistics costs have become increasingly prominent. Based on this, this paper combined with the complex network theory to study the regional logistics distribution network optimization problem. The main study contents:Firstly, This paper describes the background and significance of the study, and according to the perspective of logistics distribution network patterns and complex network theme, we reviewed the theme of this paper. Based on these, this paper sets a more appropriate research technology roadmap based on the intention of study.Secondly, through theoretical analysis, this paper respectively expounds the meaning, content and characteristics of regional logistics network and network distribution mode, and has been clear that the regional logistics network optimization is the core problem of the regional logistics network optimization. Then introduces the construction of a complex network and measure problem, which identified by complex network topology structure measure to further understand the meaning of complex system characteristic. All the study provides theory support for the follow-up study.Thirdly, in combination with regional logistics network and complex network theory, this study presented use complex network analysis complex transport networks, and as the measure of urban logistics capability. Then based on the complex network theory, respectively, the large regional logistics and distribution networks and regional logistics and distribution network optimization model are constructed.At last, on the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper study the optimization problem of domestic regional logistics distribution network optimization problem and the bohai rim regional logistics distribution network, separately. And using UCINET software analysis network features, which is as a measure of the urban traffic capacity. Then through analysis the comprehensive logistics ability of bohai rim regional logistics city, and combined with city cluster analysis of the relationship between geographical locations, constructed the bohai rim regional logistics network.
