Research On The Innovation Network Of Cluster Based On Complex Network Theory

In order to further implement the strategy of independent innovation,to speed up the implementation of industrial development goals driven by innovation,it is the key strategy that to culture and optimize the innovation network of cluster,to promote the specialization and socialization collaboration,to improve and extend the industrial chain,and then to promote the low-cost type of cluster transform and upgrade to the innovative cluster.Because the innovation network of cluster is the important development of innovation cluster,it is of great significance to research the structure,dynamics of the innovation network of cluster,and to explore its optimization path for building the innovation cluster and promoting its development.As for these problems,the complex network theory which rises recently can provide an effective research perspectives and research methods for the structure,dynamics and the interaction between the network structure and function.The innovation network of cluster is a dynamic complex system composed by innovation subjects,which has the complexity of structure and dynamic behavior.For the research of the innovation network of cluster,it needs not only to overall analyze its static network structure characteristics,but also to further analyze its dynamic mechanism reflecting by the network dynamics,to analyze the interaction among network structure,dynamics and function,and to explore how to optimize the network structure for realizing and promoting the function of the network.It is worth noting that the existing researches lack of in-depth study of these problems.For realizing and promoting the function of the network and thus to promote the low-cost type of cluster transform and upgrade to the innovative cluster,it needs to systematically grasp the structure of the innovation network of cluster,to comprehend the interaction among network structure,its dynamic mechanism and function,to explore the network structure optimization problem.Go into details of these problems based on complex network theory has important theoretical and realistic significance.This thesis chooses the innovation network of cluster of new energy automobile industry cluster in the northeast China as the empirical research object,based on complex network theory,to research on the innovation network of cluster and explore the feasible direction and measures for the optimization of the innovation network,using the cognition and optimization of the network as the focus of this research.The main research content is as follows.First of all,the basic research on the innovation network of cluster is described,and put forward the concept model of the innovation network of cluster.Elements of the innovation network of cluster from the perspective of the action subjects and the network relations is analyzed,and the function of the innovation network of cluster is analyzed from the perspective of innovative resource sharing,knowledge spillover and collective learning,and the influencing factors is analyzed from the perspective of domestic economic level,technical environment,culture environment etc.,and the characteristics of the formation stage,the growth stage and the mature stage are analyzed.Besides,this thesis illustrates the explanation of the formation of the innovation network of cluster and the research basis of the network structure and its dynamics,and put forward the concept model of research of the innovation network of cluster.Secondly,the structure characteristics of the innovation network of cluster is analyzed.Based on the definition and the characteristics of the structure of the innovation of cluster,this thesis analyzes the causes to the formation of the innovation network of cluster from three levels including the external cause,the middle cause and the internal cause,and summarize the conditions of the formation of the innovation network of cluster,analyze the characteristics of the innovation network of cluster leading by government,by enterprises,by universities and institutions,by intermediary,respectively.Then this thesis discusses the complexity of the structure of the innovation network of cluster and the problem of the coarse particle size analysis,and put forward the comprehensive analysis framework of the structure of the innovation network of cluster.Based on the framework proposed,this thesis uses the innovation network of the new energy automobile industry cluster in the northeast of China as a case to deeply analyze the network structure.Then,from the three aspects of network game,network propagation and network evolution,this thesis studies deeply of the dynamics of the innovation network of cluster.About the network game,this thesis puts forward the theoretical hypothesis and theoretical model of network game based on fairness preference,and based on the narrow sense of'self-interest',competitive preference,to avoid unfair preferences and social welfare preferences four fairness preference types to construct the network game on the innovation network of cluster,and simulates the dynamic process of network game based on fairness preference,so that to deepen the understanding of the emergence of cooperation on the network which can lay the foundation for the research on the network propagation.About the network propagation,this thesis constructs the model of knowledge innovation and diffusion on the network and analyzes deeply about the performance of knowledge innovation and diffusion and its influence factors,to lay the foundation for the research on the network evolution.About the network evolution,through the analysis of evolution process of the innovation network of cluster,influence factors and the evolution mechanism,this thesis emphasizes the growth mechanism,the preference mechanism and the layered driver mechanism as the most important evolution mechanism of the innovation network of cluster,and puts forward the research framework of the evolution of the innovation network of cluster,and use the method of link prediction to integrate the growth mechanism,the preference mechanism and the layered driver mechanism so that to construct the network evolution model which has the preferential mechanism of layered driver.Besides,this thesis analyzes the influence mechanism of the network optimization based on the evolution trend of the innovation network of cluster,to deepen the understanding of the mechanism of evolution of the innovation network of cluster and to provide guidance and direction for the network structure optimization of the innovation network of cluster.Finally,based on the analysis of the structure of the innovation network of cluster and its dynamics,this thesis constructs the structural optimization models of the innovation network of cluster from two aspects of network structure of global optimization and local optimization,and use the improved genetic algorithm and tabu search algorithm to solve the problems of network structure of global optimization and local optimization,to determine the feasible improved direction of the network optimization.Besides,this thesis puts forward the corresponding measures to the optimization of the innovation network of cluster,respectively.This thesis analyzes the characteristics of multi-level structure of the innovation network of cluster,and makes a detailed study on the impact of the emergence of cooperation in thenetwork from the types of fairness preference and the types of nodes,and on the process characteristics and influence factors of the knowledge innovation and diffusion in the network.In addition,this thesis constructs the evolution model of the innovation network of cluster which has the preferential mechanism of layered driver to reveal the internal mechanism of the network evolution,and constructs optimization models of the structure of the innovation network of cluster which can benefit for the understanding and optimization of the innovation network of cluster.Based on the endogenic characteristics of the innovation network of cluster,this thesis proposes optimization measures according to the scenes of global optimization and local optimization of the network structure,respectively.The goal of this thesis is to provide theoretical references to promote the development of innovative cluster and to optimize the structure and function of the innovation network of cluster,and to promote the low-cost type of cluster transform and upgrade to the innovative cluster.
