With the further development of the tourism industry,people's travel needs become more rational.Traditional tourism resources are no longer the only criteria for attracting tourists.A distinctive and unique tourism destination image can produce huge economic value and chain effect.The tourism destination image has attracted extensive attention from the academic community and the tourism industry.It is a hot issue in tourism research.Influenced by factors such as perceived subject's own conditions and communication media,tourist destination image can be discussed from the perspectives of supply and demand:Supply perspective mainly refers to the self-promotional image formed by the tourism destination in excavating its own image base,such as Shandong's "Hospitable Shandong"image,Guizhou wants to create the "colorful Guizhou" image;the demand perspective refers to the overall idea and impression of tourists on the tourist destination.This impression may be derived from the personal experience of tourists,or it may be from tourism information or The friends and relatives passed word of mouth.There is a difference between the two.Many tourism cities in China have their own image positioning.tourists is whether or not agree with the official propaganda image of these well-designed and operated,and the difference between the official propaganda image and the tourist perception image.This is the problem that this article wants to discuss.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the research background,significance,ideas and methods,as well as the theoretical basis.The second chapter makes a review of related research at home and abroad,and then builds the theoretical construction of this article.In the third chapter,through the analysis of the geographical location,context,history,and image of Yixing,the existing research results,this article is tentatively determining the perceived elements of the 14 types of Yixing tourism destination image,and further summarized into tourism resources,tourism facilities and services,tourism environment and tourism services.In the fourth chapter,based on various types of online text information,the content analysis method is used to analyze the differences between the perception image of tourists and the image of official propaganda.The content analysis method and grounded theory are comprehensively applied In-depth analysis of tourists'emotional image of Yixing,using mathematical methods to study the linguistic features of online texts,and based on this,put forward six suggestions for improving the image of Yixing tourism.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and outlook.Through the above research,this paper has the following main conclusions:(1)The cognitive image is an important part of the image of the tourist destination.The perceptual elements consist of four main categories.After in-depth research on the existing studies and the image foundations of Yixing,such as the veins,contexts,and historical veins,the paper classifies the perceived elements of tourist attractions into natural landscapes,cultural landscapes,festive activities,accommodation facilities,and catering facilities.,entertainment facilities and activities,shopping facilities,ecological environment,climate,price level,community,accessibility,reception services,guide services,etc.14 subcategories,and then based on the logical relationship between the sub-categories of perceived factors,they are summarized into Four main categories:tourism resources,tourism facilities and activities,tourism environment,tourism services.(2)The official propaganda image and tourist perception image of Yixing Tourism Site are differentThe image of a niche tourist destination with a good natural landscape and a good ecological environment is the image of Yixing Tourism,which is jointly recognized in official texts and travel notes.However,there are internal differences between the two.In the official text,it is emphasized that Yixing is a natural and scenic tourist resort featuring tea,pottery,food,beam and bamboo,deep oxygen,bamboo,and caves,and pays attention to cultural output.Among them,"Chinese pottery capital" and "cultural innovation" "Yixing"is the starting point and connection point of various tourism activities;in the travels,Yixing is a natural landscape tourism site featuring bamboo,pottery,food,tea,caves,deep oxygen,and religion.Tourists pay attention to the natural nature of tourism destinations.The original ecology,the famous scenic spot of Yixing Bamboo Sea area is an important connection point.(3)The overall image of Yixing tourism is relatively clear.Tourists mainly use positiveelements for the emotional image of Yixing tourism sites.Yixing has a distinctive image of tourism destinations,focusing on traditional resources and the emerging concept of deep oxygen.In particular,the traditional "pottery,bamboo,tea,and cave" is the unwavering "four major diamonds" in the hearts of tourists,and it is a stable tourist destination.Overall image.There is a certain difference between the overall image of tourist perception and the overall image of official intentions.The tourists in the Travels have a positive element for the emotional image of Yixing Tourism.(4)Image vocabulary structure in network text follows power-law distributionIn the study of web texts as data sources,the relevant vocabularies describing the destination image follow power-law distribution and show long tail features.(5)Suggestions on Enhancing the Image of Yixing Tourism DestinationBased on the above research,this paper proposes "according to the tourist's perception image,perfecting the image of Yixing tourism destination","paying attention to the cultural landscape,increasing the connotation of the image of Yixing tourism",and changing the actual situation of tourism development in Yixing.The activities of festival events will enhance the vitality of the image of Yixing tourism sites,"develop tourism products of recreational experience,enhance the image of Yixing tourism destination","improve shopping facilities and transportation facilities,further optimize the image of Yixing tourism sites," " "Provide quality tourism services and build a global tourism benchmark," including six recommendations,designed to provide a scientific basis for Yixing to improve its tourism image and improve tourism's core competitiveness.
