P2P Loan that is a new direct financing pattern via the internet have developed rapidly in recent years. The rise of P2P is mainly due to the limitations of the traditional financial model. For the small and medium-sized enterprises, the difficulties of financing, the problem of higher financing costs cannot be solved all the time. It has been eight years since the first P2P platform of China-PPDAI established in 2007. These years, P2P platform in China is always exploring and developing through learning foreign outstanding platform model, but compared with other mature fixed income markets, the scale of P2P industry is still very small, the supply and demand of capital is still extremely unbalanced. So for the P2P platforms, the key that how to develop for a long time and how to expand the scale of platform is how to match the borrower’s demand to the lender’s supply. Therefore, it is very important to study the influence factors of lenders’willingness. This paper bases on the domestic and foreign existing P2P researches, according to the development present situation of domestic P2P industry, to put forward our research theme that is the influence factors of lenders’willingness and the differences between these factors in the platforms which provides mortgage or third-party guarantees, this paper chooses the typical domestic platform which provides mortgage or third-party guarantees-Tuan Dai, on the basis of the factors in domestic and foreign unsecured Platform model. This paper will analyze the operational data in 2015 of Tuan Dai, have a descriptive analysis and a empirical test of sample data. The study shows that only the perceived benefits (borrowing interest rate), platform popularity (the number of bidders) and trading experience (the number of historical success) have a significant impact on the lender’s willingness. And the higher the borrowing rate, the greater the willingness to lend, but the more the number of bidders, the more the number of historical success, the weaker the willingness to lend. But risk perception (loan period) and borrower information (age, gender, income, house, car, education) don’t have a significant impact on the lender’s willingness. Based on the results of empirical analysis, this paper argues that we should pay more attention to the related factors of profit, popularity and history of the transaction, improve the risk control system, pay attention to the real value of collateral, assess the third security agencies comprehensivly. Meanwhile, we should improve the credit system, expand the scope of the credit system and realize the combination between the government supervision and industry self-discipline from the part of platform monitoring, strengthen the supervision of the qualifications of the platform and the third guarantee institutions.
