Evaluation Of Recreation Value Of Urban Forest Park Based On ITCM

In the 21st century, along with the rapid development of economy, environmental problems have become increasingly prominent leads to the attention of natural resources. Due to economic development is generally based on the consumption of resources, the scarcity of resources gradually attracted the people’s attention. As fast as the economic development is the tourism industry, due to the economic development drives the people’s living standards gradually improve, people have more time and money to travel. And along with the traveling crazing, non-sustainable development of tourism resources development gradually appears. This serious problem must be aroused people’s attention, once the non-sustainable tourism resources have been destroyed, that may be drowned human beings. So in order to ensure the tourism resources be reasonable development and utilizationin on the basis of sustainable development, assessment of the value of tourism resources has very important practical significance. Only the recreational value evaluation of tourism resources from the economic point of view, more effectively attract people to protect natural resources and scenic spot development consciousness. And it will actively urge the government to take effective measures. The Jingyuetan National Forest Park as the research object, the recreation value of Forest Park were assessed, on the one hand, it will provide reference for tourism resources and effective utilization of development policy formulation, on the other hand the currency value of tourism resources can cause people’s attention to the value of the resources, so as to achieve the purpose of protection of resources to be sustainable development.Research methods used in this paper include the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis method. First of all, through the of scholars at home and abroad of the tourism resources recreation value evaluation based on the research literature, understand the research situation of the recreational value of tourism resources, and learn the recreation value evaluation method, travel cost method. Then it introduces the use of scenic area to the relevant theoretical knowledge and the core problem of Jingyuetan National Forest Park, re introduced the travel cost method, development, principle, classification and model research, followed by SPSS18.0 of the survey data were analyzed from the point of view of age, gender, income, the source, then pointed out that the assessment of the recreational value of individual travel cost method of Jingyuetan National Forest Park, and pointed out that the use of the travel cost calculation method and model of travel expenses including travel cost and time opportunity for tourists travelling expenses, scenic area cost, and in the calculation of the time of tourists the opportunity cost of using the international standard 1/3 wage rate; tested by linear regression analysis and counting model, according to the characteristics of the number of trips to determine the choice of the model to count the number of models in the negative two distribution. Then use the software Stata14.0 calculated Jingyuetan National Forest Park of each consumer surplus to 1282 yuan, thus visible Jingyuetan National Forest Park has great value in use, then from the point view of security Jingyuetan National Forest Park sustainable development to provide some management and protection is recommended. Finally, the paper summarizes the paper and points out the deficiency of this paper, which provides a direction for further research in the future.
