Study On Supply Chain Financing Problems And Countermeasures Of Liuzhou Automobile Industry

With increasing development of economic globalization, the major form of industrial organization turn vertical integration into supply chain. Small and medium-sized enterprises have become an significant part of supply chain system. For the development of supply chain production mode, circulating fund pressure had been shifted from core enterprises with powerful position to small and medium-sized one which was present in a disadvantaged position, resulting in cash flow dilemma of the ones,and that restricted the further development of the supply chain as a whole. So supply chain financing came with the adaption of the new supply chain capital demand. Automobile industry of Liuzhou developed rapidly in recent years. And automobile industry agglomeration effect has highlight and formed a complete automobile supply chain. The main core enterprises of Liuzhou automotive supply chain have sufficient equity fund, and the financing demand tends to saturation. The fund of upstream auto parts dealers and downstream suppliers are more intense, but they cannot meet the financing needs effectively, and the financing needs have become increasingly prominent. It is main responsibility of Liuzhou commercial banks to promote the development of the supply chain financing. Through innovation and improvement the automotive supply chain financing to solve the supply chain financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, the automobile industry sustainable development of Liuzhou city can be promoted, and that has become an important issue in Liuzhou commercial bank. Basing on the theory of the supply chain financing, this paper had analyzied detailedly supply chain financing problems of Liuzhou automobile industry from the point of industrial chain, commercial banks and government department, combining with the characteristics of Liuzhou automobile industry development present condition and the supply chain financing needs, and had put forward the countermeasures and suggestions, and had summarized the supply chain financial capital cases in practice, to obtain learning and enlightenment. I expect this paper to afford a certain reference value to promote the development of automobile supply chain financing business and solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.
