It Suggestion that pay more attention on industrialization construction of supporting facilities, the promotion of cassava variety and planting machinery harvest technology;to improve the comprehensive quality of farmers, to encourage the promotion of innovation industrialization mode;to establish and improve the industrialization of cassava subsidy policy, to excavate cassava processing products in the depth; to broad the market circulation system,to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation in technology.
