Study On The Development Strategy Of Xi’an IT Small Micro Enterprise GZ Company

Since the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China especially eighteenth, it has injected new vitality for China’s technological innovation,regarding technology research and development, technical services, information transmission, software and information technology services, science and technology as representative of the small and micro enterprise.This paper will make a systematic analysis of GZ company in the process of the development of strategic planning, performing, implementation and control, with the enterprise strategic management theory as the foundation, with the development strategy of Xi’an small micro research of IT enterprise of GZ company as a case object, using theoretical analysis and empirical analysis combining other methods. Great emphasis should be laid on the detailed planning and design on the implementation of the development strategy of organization, human resources, customer resources, financial resources, technology resources and sustainable development of business and other aspects. The second chapter is mainly theoretical research of the development strategy for small and micro enterprises based on enterprise development strategy theory combined with the actual situation of small and micro enterprises, and summarizes the small and micro enterprise development strategy principle, strategy types and implementation method. The third chapter introduces the current situation of mall and micro enterprises IT GZ company in Xi’an, namely, company introduction, background of the establishment and the process of operation. The fourth chapter will make an analysis of external environment, industry environment, enterprise resource, enterprise ability, and model SWOT on the basis of Xi’an small micro IT enterprise company GZ. The fifth chapter will focus on replanning the development strategy, the implementation of the strategy, strategy performing and control based on the theory of enterprise development strategy.
