Despitethe government have Put forward some policies of small and micro-enterprise, theresearch on the academic is scarce, therefore, I hope study about the development ofsmall and micro-enterprises from the perspective of government and policy impact tomake up for the related research.This paper will research the support policies for small and micro-enterprise inChongqing, on the basis of analysis of the present small and micro-enterprises’characteristics in Chongqing, then put forward countermeasures and suggestions toimprove efficiency of policy，and study the case of the specific analysis of policy onsmall and micro-enterprise about measure the support effect and disadvantages at last.First of all, this paper research the small and micro-enterprise development as well asthe government support and related theory and literature review, and expounds theimportance of developing small and micro-enterprise and the necessity of governmentsupport. Then, analyzing the development of small and micro-enterprises’characteristics, the government policies to show the support effect of small andmicro-enterprises in Chongqing since the government support work, and talk aboutcurrent disadvantages in the process of enterprise development and the profound reason.According to the problems in the development of small micro enterprise of Chongqingrefer to the experiences at home and abroad, and put forward some suggestions forsmall and micro-enterprise support policies and measures from the legal system construction, perfecting the policy system and support platform building. Finally,through a case study about the policy impact on Chongqing DY company, analysissupport policies for small and micro-enterprises to develop in the process of role andhave a positive effect and disadvantages, then put forward advices to resolve theproblem about this case.
