The Research Of Chinese Agricultural Venture Capital Project Assessment Indicator System

Under the current economic environment, the market enable to combine the high technology industry and the financial industry together, the capital can be invested in high-tech products, then the high-tech products can immediately as a commodity be traded in the market, but due to the high risk of the research and development of high-tech products itself, therefore the high-tech investment which transformed technology products into commodities is a new type of venture capital.With the introduction and development of agriculture in China, venture capital started to penetrate into the field of agriculture as the agricultural industry’s development. Venture capital with its unique advantage gradually began to be important means of financing the agricultural development of our country, which could promote continuous agricultural innovation. So venture capital in agriculture attracted more and more people’s attention. In the actual situation, in order to reduce the risk of investment, venture capital projects’ assessment and selection are very important steps for venture investors.This paper aimed to establish a suitable system based on the current research on the field of agricultural venture capital, the system specifically make the relevant provisions of the evaluation index for the venture capital projects. At first, this paper starts from the overall level of venture capital at home and abroad, combing the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars, and then analyzes the development situation of China’s current agricultural venture capital. And specifically discuss and study the four characteristics of the existence of venture capital in the field of agriculture, and then based on the prior discussion, deduce the necessity of venture capital in agricultural development.The paper compared and analyzed the domestic and foreign agricultural venture capital project indicators and its influence factors, combined the drawing lessons from the existing achievements and the present situation of Chinese domestic agriculture to build a complete evaluation index system to illustrate the strengths and weaknesses of agricultural venture capital projects. The system in this article took the market, production team management, innovation and environment factors into account, regarded the four factors as indicators of the system objective layer, and concretely divided objective layer into sixteen criterion layer index from different angles analyze projects’ advantages and risks by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation system was improved on the basis of the original evaluation system, which more clearly reflect the problems existing in the agricultural venture capital projects and more reasonably and scientifically evaluate agricultural venture capital projects.Finally using Turpan Yaer agricultural demonstration garden as an example to apply the index system to analyze and evaluate in order to reflect this method is practical and scientific. The paper obtained its risk level, advantages and disadvantages through the analysis of the project before the investment, and compared with the current situation of this project to reflect the reliability and scientific of the evaluation index system.According to the analysis of specific national conditions of China’s agriculture, this paper innovatively used production management team indicators to construct evaluation index system, and select Turpan area as its low level of agricultural venture capital and agricultural modernization to analyze and evaluate, which in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of Northwest agricultural venture capital.
