Research On The Cost Control Of T Company Based On The Recycling Mode

With the development of economic markets, we witness a rapid growth of China’s packagin g industry. As a result, cost control has become a key point amoung all packaging manufacturers to gain an advantage in the fierce market competition. Not only discarded packaging material rec ycling, but also energy conservation can improve the efficient use of resources, which is conisten t with the aim of cost control and profitability improvement for enterprises.While the government encourages energy conservation, development of circular economy, as well as low-carbon industries, it is a privilege for packaging industries to pursue environmentally friendly development. Therefore, packaging materials recycling has become an upmost task. With the requirements of cost control, recycling materials can not only reduce the cost for enterprises, but also enables the business fit the national low-carbon environmental requirements. In this paper, the development of packaging industry and how to recycle the packaging materials are analyzed. In addition, the relationship between recycling and cost control is discussed. The specific example of T company and its recycling method is explained and further discussed how to build and run the recovery of T Corporation, how to construct regeneration mode, recycling production guidance information to be taken under the reproduction mode, how to improve production and cut the logistics cost.In this paper, through the empirical study we found that, as a producer of packaging materials, manufacturers have advantage in recycling regeneration. At the same time, it leads to lower raw material costs and production costs, which improves efficiency for the enterprise. The recycling business model and cost control combined with research can provide new ideas for the packaging business development and cost control. Examples of T’s also demonstrates the use of recycled model not only to reduce costs, increase revenue role, but also vigorously promote energy conservation and development of circular economy. Among low-carbon industries, the recycling mode of production in T Corporation, following strictly with guideline of the nation’s requirements, helps the company to reduce pollution and protect the environment. In the meantime, it fits the future trends for the company.
