To maintain long-term development operations, enterprises must have a sustainable competitive advantage and sustainable power development. However, external and internal factors always have a great impact on enterprise competitiveness. Therefore, the enterprise must make big efforts to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.As the development of technology, business environment and enterprise competitive advantage change faster than before. In order to keep competitive advantage, corporate strategic management must adapt to the dynamic development environment. A large number of enterprises need to think about how to develop an appropriate strategy in the dynamic environment.In the competitive, dynamic and changeful market, Taisi is a elctronic manufacturing enterprise which currently promotes its competitiveness slowly, and cannot better meet the needs of the market competition.This paper takes the company as the research object and analyses its development strategy.First, the study describes the background and significance, review the literature to clarify the objects and main contents.Then make an improved research on the development situation and major issues of Theis Company. The conlusion is this company have some problems in the strategic orientation, strategic implementation,strategic control and strategic performance, which are result from some external factors.Shenzhen Theis companies, promoted the company should choose SO strategies;thereafter, based on the company’s problems and environmental analysis proposed strategic refocusing Shenzhen Theis company integration, on the basis of the existing strategy to a higher target development strategy. This development-oriented strategy leads enterprises to continue to develop new products and open up new markets, the company adopts new production methods and management methods to expand production scale, improve the competitive position and enhance their competitiveness. Then according to strategy development, the study puts forward specific measures to implement the main strategic and functional strategies, also analyze the control method and the expected results of strategy implementation.Through completing the refocusing integration strategy, adjusting strategies according to the changable environment dynamically, and taking appropriate control measures strategy, Shenzhen Theis company is expected to achieve the strategic goal of becoming "one-stop" electronic manufacturing services to global brands and continue toexplore new and valuable business opportunities, draw back the community.
