Software and IT services industry is the relationship between the national economy and social development of basic industries. Financing for small and medium software enterprises in influencing variables, the government financing support for small and medium software enterprises are the key variables, so the government needs to increase the attention and support of SMEs, improve financial intermediation support system, to create a good investment environment; and encourage Fostering self-financing capacity of enterprises, and make full use of the "new three board" innovative financing channels.
