Data analyses were conducted by using the statistical package for the social science, SPSS version 17.0.The results of the study showed that among the job satisfaction components, the relationship between employees was the most exploited followed by work condition and salary, and then opportunity to do something. For the job performance, the results obtained showed that, adaptive performance was found to be the components the most frequently used by participants, followed by contextual performance, and while the task performance was reported to be the least components used. The result also showed a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and job performance of participants, because the more the employees are satisfied, the more their performance are. Concerning gender, the results showed no significant difference between male and female participants.Other results, in addition, indicated that:regarding demographic information, the three constructs, in level of study, seniority of employees and socio-professional categories has a significant impact on the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance.. The age of employees, however, was not significant. Based on the findings, a number of practical recommendations for action relative to the job satisfaction and job performance of employees are suggest that the manager must take into account the necessity and the importance of job satisfaction in order to allow its employees to be efficient at work, to promote gender equality of employees within the organization. The Congolese Government should increase its supports in the organizations by providing possible valid solutions (financial means, work equipment, managerial, etc.) that will be used as models to organizations in order to support all its problems.
