The motivation concept is a strategy used by organization or financial institutions in order to implement performance among their employees. By motivation of employees we hear the implication of human resource management department which played an important role of planning, organizing, leading and controlling all activities and tasks of the organization human part. In that perspective the organization put in place enough resources in order to meet the fixed goals and the stakeholders’ needs. Our research was based on "The Role of Motivation in Contribution of Human Resource Management in the Organization Goals Achievement". Ourcase study of Banque de Credit de Bujumbura. Our main objective was to determine the contribution of motivation trough human resource in the organization goals achievement. In order to well develop our research study, we elaborated research questions which leading us during the research progress. It was important also to notice that we used different instruments such as interviews, questionnaires and observation in order to well conduct our survey. After the data collection, we analyzed the data in the perspective of findings interpretation of results. The results finding during the survey shown that motivation factors are among the major contributors of the organization goals achievement. On the other hand others theories and studies from scholars revealed those motivation factors are not in the major contributors in to influence the employees’ performance and then we judge necessary to formulates different recommendations in order to review and make some adaptations of motivation incentives.
