Research On Correlation Between Equity Structure And Performance Of Anhui Province Listed Companies

On the relationship between corporate governance and performance,large numbe rs of scholars have carried out a lot of research,which is a hot research in acade mic field,corporate performance is the most intuitive reflection to the level of go vernance and the healthy degree of Companies mechanism and equity structure,g ood corporate performance and have ability to grow healthy,it is bound to reflect the high standards of corporate governance.To explore the relationship between e quity structure and performance of the overall level,and achieve better equity stru cture and improve business operations and profitability,this article use theoreticala nd empirical analysis to give further research and examination.Firstly,the theoretical literature from domestic and abroad scholars about the rel ationship between equity structure and performance is reviewed.From the perspect ive of theory,the reason why Corporate Governance is linked to Corporate Perfor mance is explained,and it laid the theoretical foundation of the hypotheses and d ata analysis;research emphasis and research direction has been determined on this foundation,researching listed companies equity structure and performance develop ment of Anhui Province from 2013 to 2015.Secondly, this paper is using innovat ive integrated indicators to measure a company’s level of performance,and use pri ncipal component analysis method to analyze,in order to clear the final selection results of performance indicators;By Wande database and Eastern wealth analysis software, we collect equity structure and corporate performance datas of Anhui P rovince,comprehensive and integrated analysis on correlation between equity struct ure and performance,use regression analysis method to research the correlation be tween Corporate Governance Index and Corporate Performance of Anhui Province, obtain empirical results;Finally,combine the empirical analysis results with theoreti cal study,draw conclusions of this study,According to the conclusions,provide the appropriate policy recommendations for corporate governance.
