In recent years, more and more women break the bondage of family, and step in male-dominated field that the traditional thought, for example entrepreneur ship. What is more, compared to the equal status of men, some women’s performance is better. Moreover, the industry of woman engaging in mainly is Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. So women have become an important force in economic development. In the era of market competition increasing and the knowledge economy accelerated, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises face a complex environment. Companies want to rise, need to perceived the environment rapidly, predict market trends accurately. Due to the women’s cognitive ability, resource-based view, value and background is different from men. The participation of female executives will bring unique resource advantages and values for the company. So the female executives on the growth performance of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises have important significance.This article focuses on SMEs in Chinese economic environment, uses panel data from 2011 to 2013 of 469 Chinese-listed SMEs and set up paneldata model. Firstly, this paper conduct horizontal and vertical descriptive statistics, and analysis distribution characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises of female executives in region, industry, enterprise property. Secondiy, this paper utilizes multiple regression analysis of fixed effects via using Stata12.0 software, the results showed that female executives has a positive influence on the growth performance of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, and the mechanism of the two is an inverted u-shaped. In addition, human capital on the relationship between them has the adjustment function.
