In recent years, socialist economy gradually develops, a pattern of market diversification and interest structure complexity is also increasingly apparent, various contradictions increase rapidly in market supervision and management field. It is an important channel for the public to participate in and supervise market supervision through complaining and reporting to reflect the demands and safeguard the rights, it also plays an increasingly important role for timely finding and processing security risks and illegal behaviors in market supervision and management field, as well as for easing and resolving social conflicts. Therefore, it is an urgent need for market supervision and management department to study, develop and optimize the public complaint reporting mechanism in current context of institutional merger and functional integration. It also has an important actual significance for market supervision and management system to enhance public participation, prevent and punish illegal administrative behaviors, give full play to the role of market supervision and management.This paper takes the public complaint respond and corresponding work mechanism of Wuzhong market supervision and administration bureau, Suzhou as research object, takes a purpose to explore how to establish and continuously optimize the mechanism to response to public complaint, investigates the operation mode of business training, technical support, social guidance, data command center which is needed for responding to public complaint for Wuzhong market supervision and administration bureau and its complaint department, understands the background and objectives, tracks the practical effect in the one year operation of the mechanism. At the same time, it also found the deficiency in the existing mechanism, which need to be further optimized. By exploring the reasons for the problems existing in current mechanism, as well as comparing, referring and summarizing the mechanism of relevant administrative departments to respond to public complaint at home and abroad, this paper summarizes that citizen summary should be optimized and improved for Wuzhong District, Suzhou.
