Research On Optimizing Complaint And Report System Of Gansu Drug And Food

Currently,drug and food safety in our country would be more and more focused by public and media.On the other side,there are a lot of problems about making and selling fake products in drug and food industry due to fragility of good faith and moral degradation.With rapid development of modern information technology,illegal activities of drug and food show some characteristics as diversity,invisibility and intelligentization.Supervisory managements of drug and food are facing a unprecedented challenge because supervisory managements in the area of drug and food,food safety and makeup are managed by different levels and sections.In addition,it is also one of reason that contradictions between limited government resources and requirements of diversity and discrepancy.It is more and more difficult to bring into line between good social effects and legal supervisory managements of drug and food.At the same time,not only meeting public requirements but also avoiding illicit competition is also difficult.Supervisory managements of drug and food should be done practically and effectively.Not only do Good supervisory managements strengthen social organizations and avoid social contradictions and improve images,but also they can improve market orders and promote healthy development of the industry.This paper discusses the existing complaint and report system of Gansu drug and food by the system structure,responsbilty,principle,stutas quo and basic procedure.This paper states the system's optimizing purposes and fuctions while this paper also analyzes some opportunities and challenges in complainting and reporting works currently and hereafter.Meanwhile,based on analysis of complainting and reporting cases in the period from 2012 to 2014,this paper borrows advanced modes and experiences from oversea and domastic in order to puts forward a series of Gansu characteristic suggestions that are suitable for the complaint and report system of Gansu drug and food.These suggestions include several points,such as promoting the complaint and report system's building,improving systemic mechanism,boosting quality and efficiency,impelling technical abilities,enhancing statistical analysis,strengthening team foundation and publicity.
