Perfecting The Socialist Market Economy System Under The New Normal Circumstances

After the Chinese economy experienced continuously high speed development for many years, it has marched into the middle speed development in the new normal. The new normal brought both opportunities and challenges for our country’s economic and social development. Facing the opportunities and the challenges, we must seize the opportunities and meet the challenges, not only adapt the new normal, but also lead the new normal, promoting the economy development of our country constantly and healthily. The decision on major issues concerning comprehensively deepening reforms was adopted at the close of the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee. The reform of the system is the focus of all the efforts to deepen the all-round reform. The core of economic reform is to improve the socialist market economic system, the key in handling the relationship between government and the market, making the market playing a decisive role in the allocation of resources, the government playing a reasonable role at the same time. There are still problems and shortcomings of Chinese socialist market economic system in the new normal, there are still economy obstacles of the socialist market, how to improve socialist market economic system, get rid of obstacles, adapt to the new normal are the focus of this paper.The first part has mainly given the brief explanation to the article topic origin, the purpose and meaning of the research the domestic and foreign research present situation and the article research plan.
