The Study On Chinese Medical Equipment Enterprise Structuring Collaborative Innovation Network Impact On Innovation Performance

With the arrival of knowledge economy, market demand is changing constantly. The market environment that high technology companies faced has become more intense. The innovation is not only the basis survival of high technology enterprise but also the power of development. Therefore, the high technology enterprise wants to have an invincible position in the market competition, they must adjust their innovation strategy constantly. However, in the process of high technology enterprise innovating, enterprises always focus on their own innovation paradigm shift, or only focus on a single element innovation(e.g., R&D, executive incentive, talent training, etc.), lacking of collaborative innovation with other related enterprises, intermediary organizations, research or development institutions. Although, the study pay more attention on "collaborative innovation" in recent years, still not formed the systematic study of the collaborative innovation network, especially the research of relationship between collaborative innovation networks and innovation performance. The article based on the medical device companies, adopting the method of single case study. In reference to a large number of normative and empirical researches, the article researches the synergy innovation networks and innovation performance problems systematically and deeply.Firstly, the article review of related theory research results, analyzed the current status of medical devices industry collaborative innovation from the external environment characteristics and collaborative innovation network path selection two angles. And secondly, using Yu Yue Company as a case study, analyzed the motivation and path that Yu Yue Company structuring synergy innovation network. Lastly, analyzed the enterprise short-term market performance and the long-term dynamic changes of the accounting performance after the construction of collaborative innovation network. As the study shown, Yu Yue Company reducing the company’s industrial chain risk and improve its financial performance by structuring synergy innovation network. The research conclusion has a realistic significance on market breakthrough and competitiveness on the current macroeconomic downward trend of our country. At the same time, it can give a guideline to the government that guide the medical equipment enterprise to change an innovation path, and drive the industry with steady development.
