Research On Digital Transformation Path And Performance Of Medical Enterprises

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the national economy has developed rapidly,people’s living standards have improved,and their health awareness has been enhanced.In today’s fast-paced life in the new era,the sub-health group and chronic disease group are gradually large.In addition,China’s aging society is becoming more and more serious,and people’s demand for medical resources is increasing day by day.However,at present,the quality of medical resources in China is not able to meet the needs of the people in terms of quality or quantity.There are still problems such as lack of resources,uneven distribution and unreasonable allocation.The contradiction between supply and demand of medical resources is increasingly acute.At this point,the emergence of "Internet plus medical care" has pointed out the way to solve the problem for China’s medical industry and provided the direction of digital transformation.In the era of mobile Internet,a large number of economic behaviors have been transferred to online,and the competitiveness of offline business forms has decreased.Traditional medical enterprises with sluggish development have been greatly impacted by digital medical treatment.They are facing the dilemma of declining profits and lack of market competitiveness.They urgently need to adapt to the times for digital transformation.In order to promote the digitization of the medical industry,the state has formulated many relevant policies;"Healthy China 2023" and other strategies have been carried out in an all-round way,and the digital medical industry has accelerated its development;The new crown event in 2020 also provides an opportunity for the digital transformation of the medical industry.Under the joint efforts of all parties,traditional medical enterprises have begun to carry out digital transformation.Digital medical transformation is also an effective way for enterprises to deal with the current changes in the medical market.However,although the digital transformation is in full swing,so far there is no enterprise with successful digital comprehensive transformation.Therefore,how to effectively and quickly complete the digital transformation and improve the performance of enterprises has become the most important problem faced by medical enterprises.At present,there are few relevant studies on the digital transformation of medical enterprises in China.This paper selects Yuyue medical,which is undergoing digital transformation,as a research case.Firstly,it analyzes the path and strategy of Yuyue medical’s digital transformation,then compares and analyzes the changes of enterprise performance before and after its digital transformation,and finally analyzes the problems and causes in the process of digital transformation,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.To optimize the digital transformation path of Yuyue medical,and provide reference for enterprises in the same industry to help the digital transformation of medical enterprises in the same industry.
