In this paper, we design an effective scheme to solve the problem of information management of Yunnan K pharmaceutical Inc, after a detailed analysis of the company’s ERP system upgrade requirements.Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic, and then the specific design of the ERP system is carried out by means of the integration of the relevant technology on the status of enterprise management and the company’s ERP system to upgrade the actual needs of the field research. This paper describes the status quo of K pharmaceuticals, Inc., analyzes the problems in the use of ERP system as well as conducts SWOT analysis for upgrade of the ERP system of K pharmaceuticals, Inc.; The specific content of the overall system requirements and business process design include:Purchasing and inventory management processes, production process requirements, sales process requirements, financial management process. Then we identified the ERP system upgrade strategy(including the overall system objectives, business management objectives, ERP system design framework and selection (including the selection process and software evaluation). At last, the solution of ERP system upgrade is given, that is ERP system functional module and general structure, financial management module, supply chain management, production management, HR management and the new technology used during upgrade based on K3_cloud At present, the system has been deployed in real environment.The achievements in this paper have important theoretic value and realistic significance, and they promote the effective management of daily operations and business of pharmaceutical enterprises, and reduce the cost of Medicine.
