Increased competition force more and more firms to change the original mode of management to adapt to dynamically changing environment.Project Management as a new management techniques,have become an increasing emphasis on business,while the project-based organization(PBO) to explore the theory and practice is in full swing,more and show its strong vitality.For the traditional manufacturing businesses, most of the content is still operational,project management,application suspected a problem.In this paper,enterprise project management of the type of organizational structure as the starting point to analyze the functions of traditional manufacturing enterprises common organization of the structure of the advantages and disadvantages.
