At present, China’s macro economy slowed, consumption is also weakening, and e-commerce channels also gradually billabong, the consumption level of residents to upgrade gradually, the cost of living rising, in this case, our traditional retail industry development speed decline in a row. In order to solve this dilemma, China’s retail enterprises have explored new marketing mode, and in terms of logistics operation, sales channels and expand mode to seek a breakthrough, in this case, gradually ushered in a era of change itself.In recent years, our country in the network and mobile retail made amazing breakthroughs, in the retail industry from the original single sales channel to the sales channels, to accelerate the integration of online and offline, and further realize the full channel business, successfully create a seamless customer satisfaction of consumption based on experience. The core of the whole channel lies not only in the range of sales channels, but the value of the platform and enterprises of our country in order to achieve the information, logistics, customer service and organizational structure a full range of collaborative purpose and need to more clear strategic positioning of channel management,the key to victory is around the needs of customers to create value. Finally, China’s retail industry is large and mostly walking routes, the homogenization of serious, is not consistent with consumers increasingly mature and diversified needs.And then for our local supermarket, if you want to in the fierce competition in the market share a cup of a thick soup, opportunity of survival and development, then you have to try to change themselves, identify the strategy and gradually adapt to the changes brought about by the environment.This article takes the HQJ supermarket as an example to carry on the research and analysis of the present situation and the marketing strategy, finds the problems existing in its development strategy and the development of ideas, the optimization analysis is carried out for its marketing strategy and give its marketing strategy design and countermeasure,the hope that related to retail enterprises to continuous in logistics operation, sales channels,expansion mode and marketing mode and other aspects to seek innovation, to seek a breakthrough.
