As the main form of enterprises realize rapid development of capital expansion, M&A is significant in the development of the enterprise strategy, but it brings high profits and high risk.As the international pr giant enter the Chinese market, China’s public relations services industry merger wave become increasingly competitive, Chinese pr M&A faces the dual competition of both domestic and foreign enterprise.the environment is in urgent need of industry consolidation, Chinese pr need to find a suitable M&A mode.Blue focus M&A activity is a miniature of the pr companies large-scale, which reflects our country’s M&A activity, but blue focus is special too, to study blue focus M&A will provide some beneficial thinking and enlightenment to our country’s enterprise especially pr service enterprise M&A.In this paper, through analyze the existing literature on the influence factors of the M&A strategy, organizing important influencing factors into the industry characteristics and firm features, and on those basis to analyze the acquisition strategy of blue focus, the specific implementation of M&A strategy, this paper aims to solve the problem of the following three aspects:one is how to develop enterprise M&A strategy according to the industry characteristics and firm features; The second is how to implement M&A strategy according to the actual circumstances of the enterprise and industry, including the selection of targets, M&A financing, M&A pay and integration, etc.to provide guidance for enterprise after M&A. This article attempts to provide a more scientific and maneuverability of the specific methods and frame for those ongoing mergers and acquisitions enterprises for its M&A strategy formulation, implementation.Through theoretical research and case study, Blue focus’s M&A strategy which sets mergers and acquisitions as a development strategy, through mergers and acquisitions to change from the original single pr business to integrated marketing services group, is based on the rational analysis of the industry characteristics and firm features. The blue focus carries out the M&A activities according to the ability of the company and the nature of the industry, adopting diversified financing and payment, unintegrated m&a, bet agreement, etc. Blue focus science plans for M&A bring about repeatedly successful acquisition, the stock price and market value increase through continuous M&A activity, the enterprise scale and customer scale expands a lot, also the business areas, the brand influence, which further illustrate the blue focus M&A strategy is reasonable. Companies should reasonably consider the industry characteristics and firm features when carry out M&A activities.
