In social and economic life, among all the resources, people are the most active resources. In the process of creating wealth, it is of great significance to play an active role in human subjectivity. How to motivate people’s subjective initiative is an eternal topic. In the current, how are we going to judge the economic mechanism is reasonable and effective operation, of which an important indicator is to see economic operation mechanism can arouse people’s enthusiasm in production, so that people improve production efficiency, and create more social wealth. Commercial banks play an important role in a country’s economy, especially in developing countries with indirect financing. It can be said that the stability of the banking system is of great significance to a country’s economic situation. In 1998, after the Asian financial crisis, numerous commercial banks went bankrupty, it has brought huge losses to financial stability and economic development of the country, forcing people to start to pay attention to the commercial bank’s corporate governance problems. After the economic crisis in 2008, the trend of financial globalization has become more and more deeply. For the commercial banks in our country, they are facing a major adjustment and transformation. It is very important for the financial system of the commercial banks to improve the business results and stabilize the financial system of the commercial banks. The commercial bank executives have a significant role in the business, and take great responsibility. Therefore, improve the incentive mechanism of commercial bank executive compensation and salary system is the key to solve the problem.The significance of this paper is through the analysis of China’s listed commercial bank executives in setting compensation drawbacks, clear executive compensation incentive mechanism problems, combined with the data of 15 listed commercial bank executive compensation and influencing factors of executive compensation data, and finally obtains the improvement measures. In the first chapter, it includes the main research background、the main research content and the ways and means of how to study. The second chapter is mainly about the current domestic and foreign research literature review of the commercial bank executive pay and its comments, at the same time made clear the relevant concepts and related theories. The third chapter mainly analyzes the present situation of our country commercial bank executive compensation, including the executive office,salary system evolution,the remuneration of the overall trend and structure. Finally, the chapter analyzes the existing main problems. The fourth chapter is mainly related to the empirical analysis, including the principle of selection of indicators, the source of the data, the construction of the model and related statistical description and regression process. In the fifth chapter, it is mainly based on the regression results of the fourth chapter, combined with the data published by the listed commercial banks, and analyzes the problems existing in the current salary incentive mechanism. In the sixth chapter, according to the analysis and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the specific solutions to the problems of the current commercial banks in the executive compensation setting. In the seventh chapter, the research of this paper is summarized, which makes the thesis more perfect in the aspect of structure system.
