In recent years, many companies appear suddenly some scandals because of the deficiency in the internal control. These scandals bring serious crises, and some companies even collapse because of the scandal. It is proved that the effective internal control system can distinctly strengthen corporate governance and improve the level of corporate governance. So the enterprise internal control system has been paid attention increasingly by the academia and business circles.Although the research about the modern internal control system starts lately in China, our country’s internal control research also has gained some obvious results by studying and practicing the research achievements of western countries, especially the Ministry of Finance, Securities Regulatory Commission and other ministries launched a series of laws and regulations about standardizing internal control system. The establishment of the effective internal control system can improve management and promote development of the public company.
