While the accelerated development of economic golbalization contributed to the fluent international trade in specialized market, it also intensified the competition from outsides and made the internationalization of its traditional business model be impacted. So Chinese specialized markets need to adjust their international strategy according to the world’s change to explore the mode of operation that can adapt to the international environment. Under this background, the new trade model of market procurement arises. Making research on specialized markets’ new mode of international management as well as the factors affecting its development, which is of great importance and significance to enhance the domestic and overseas competitiveness of specialized market and promote the international operation transformation in our country. Based on these, this article selects the typical representative of the specialized market, Yiwu commodity city in China, as research object, and launches the research on market procurement and its influential factors.This article mainly uses the method that combines theory research with impirical research. First of all, by retrospectively review the domestic and foreign scholars’ related study literature to the specialized market or business internationalization and influencing factors and realistic condition of market procurement, the article identify the factors affecting the development of the new mode of market purchase trade, which provides the theoretical stone to the part of impirical study. Secondly, on the basis of some related work and material the article designs the questionnaire of the development of market procurement, and carried on investigation to some operators of Yiwu commodity city in China. According to the data obtained from the questionnaire, using the factor analysis way to get the main factors that influence the market purchase trade’s development, namely, enterprise management, the host country economic environment, enterprise products, the domestic economic environment and the policy, the host country political factors, entrepreneurship, etc. Then, through the single factor analysis of variance to explore whether the influence of market purchase trade’s different characteristics has significant difference to each factor, the results show that education level, international management experience, high-quality talent proportion and the construction of oversea’s marketing services has significant differences to various main factors and market procurement trade; the difference of core technology proportion has significant differences to the economic and political enviornment of the host country,enterprise management, product factor, entrepreneurship and market procurement trade. Then,putting forward the research hypothesis and using AMOS software to build a structural equation model, to find the mutual relationship between different factors of the market purchase trade’s development. Then the results show that the enterprise management, theeconomic environment in host country, the domestic economic environment and policy have significantly direct impact on the purchase trade of specialized market; product factors,entrepreneurship and the political environment in host country have no significantly direct impact on the international markets’ procurement trade. Finally, based on the above research this article comes up with the measures to contribute to the development of the market purchase trade from six aspects, namely, improving management, inhancing the level of integrated services, guiding and encouraging from government policies, strengthening innovation ability, promoting a new mode of trade promotion, exploiting potential trade partners.
