The specialized market is one of the influential institution innovations which have got rapid progress in China since the early reform. Zhejiang Province is the most developed area where the specialized markets improved so much and had become the power for the development of local economy. The reaction was so good between the specialized market and the industry aggregation that the specialized market can reflect the trend of local economy.Based on the review of abundant literature, it first clarifies the key concepts of evolution theory which can be used to describe the development path of an organization. The second part of the related literature is the research of industrial aggregation. And the most important part of the literature is the former research about the specialized market. It then draws a conclusion about the related view points on specialized market.On the basis of theoretical analysis, it divides the process of the evolution of special market into four different phrases according to former research, and offers one evolutional mode among different phrases. Since the development of specialized market is a very complicated system with numerous influencing factors, it is necessary to analysis the influencing factors' impact on the evolutional process. It has chosen three typical developed specialized markets in Zhejiang Province and they were the Zhejiang China Commodities City Group co.Ltd and the Zhejiang China Light & Textile Industrial City Group co.Ltd which are the top 2 specialized markets in China. It has also chosen another famous market, the Sijiqing Group for research. It uses the evolution framework to do case study and historical analyses, and then to show the evolutional path and the influent factors.In the end, it compares the three typical specialized markets based on the case study, and aggregates the commons and the characteristics of the evolutional process. Then it modifies the former mode and gives the final version of general evolution mode of specialized market in Zhejiang. At last, it presents the conclusions and research prospects.
