Study Of 110kV And Below Power Grid Overhaul, Test And Optimization Of Production Planning Management

Production Plan and Management is a significant part in operation maintenance and overhaul function of Power Supply Company. Regarding to company of prefecture-level city, it mainly refers to grid operation, overhaul, and maintenance to 110KV or below. Currently, during the management process of grid production planning organization, arrangement and executive, due to the limits of the differences in grid structure, varieties in connection of electrical equipment, changes in external conditions and restriction in institution of grid plan and management, the execution efficiency of production plan and management still can be improved.Optimization of production plan and management should start from analyzing to all limited factors, integrating with real condition during practical work, and then discuss and study on optimization strategy and execution plan of grid plan and management. This essay will provide integrated optimizing strategy with 4 main aspects:the first is well-organized power providing and stropping; the second is grid structure optimizing; the third is conquering negative external conditions and the last is integrated execution. And analyze in these 4 aspects respectively to demonstrate how the optimization strategy could improve management capacity of production and planning.This essay will based on real case of 110KV and below grid governed under Shijingshan Power Supply Company, analyze on grid equipment composition, grid structure, external conditions, grid planning and connection methods and benefits of double loop networks, and provide optimization proposal and execution plan, aiming for exploiting management potential of production plan and improving production efficiency.
