The Research On The Optimization Of The Auditing Information Management In State Grid Changsha Power Supply Company

Internal audit as an "immune system" in the business development process,continuously improve its work quality control and the level of application,is not only the needs of professional management,but also is the requirements of finding the weak links,improving internal control,enhancing the management level.With the development of information technology,the environment and the object of the audit has been greatly changed,and the traditional internal audit practice is challenged by new circumstance.In recent years,the State Grid Corp's information construction has continued to increase,which brings new changes to the business of the company.At present,the informatization level of the company has reached a higher level,but the internal audit theory is still in the relatively backward 1evel.The article gives the opinion that the traditional method of audit management do not fits with the new information environment;the traditional internal audit practice needs reform.Firstly,from the theory and method of process management,based on the theories and methods to summarize and discuss the in-depth,this paper looks for the present development situation wit h the company match management process methods.Then,the paper introduces the information management status of the audit on the company,especially for in-depth information management process,from the organization structure,resource allocation and manag ement audit assignments,etc.,analyzed the influence of the information environment of enterprise internal audit,and on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the management process and the reason.In clear existing problems and reasons on the b asis of information management process,the design principles and ideas through the determination,where by setting goals,setting the key nodes,clearing structure,process design to the company's information management process.Finally,this paper puts f orward audit information management in the process of implementation of strategy,in order to ensure the implementation of the scheme.Therefore,based on information system construction of the State Grid and the theory at home and abroad,this paper will study the internal audit management and process reengineering theory,to promote the integration of audit management and informationization.The paper explores the development path of informationization audit management of the power supply enterprise,to support the operation of the management of power supply enterprise information auditing and fall to the ground,hopes that it will promote the company information management scientific and rationality,and also hopes to be able to provide certain reference for significance.
