At the same time the people’s standard of living getting higher and higher, more and more attention to a healthy diet; release and alleviate the pressure of work; a company of agricultural means of production circulation enterprises also need to upgrade, which prompted me from thinking to research and write a thesis, from the development of private family custom farm business to explore the form and practice of new rural land management main body of market operation. This paper begins with the research background, purpose and significance, the development status and experience, the main terms of the explanation and possible innovations. This paper first introduces the related theory of 4V and 4P, PESTEL, CCDV-TP, five forces model. Using the PESTEL model analysis of macro factors, using Porter’s five forces model to analyze the industry environment, at the same time, the thesis analyses the a company’s profitability and CCDV-TP performance. Then the marketing strategy and strategy design of the private custom farm business of A company are described in detail.
