With the popularity of smartphones and the rapid development of Internet technology, talents mobilize more and more frequently and the weaknesses of traditional pattern of human resources recruitment highlights. Human resources recruitment gradually transfers from offline to online, from the PC to the intelligent mobile terminal.Mobile workplace social softwares arise at the historic moment. At present, social workplace softwares are enjoyed by a large number of professionals, forming a huge ecosystem based on mobile Internet social media. Mobile workplace social softwares charactered by a new business model of "recruitment+social" are in full swing. Users are the core element of mobile social ecosystem, playing a pivotal role in the healthy growth of the mobile social ecosystem. Increasing user traffic is the basic and premise step of mobile workplace social operators realizing profits. So, finding out the influence factors of mobile workplace social software users-use intention, is particularly important.The study chooses software users of company A as investigation object, at present, the most representative of workplace social software operators on the Chinese market.This paper integrates the technology acceptance model (TAM), information system (IS) success model, the theory of network externality and the theory of perceived risk, and builds a new theoretical model to probe into the cause of the mobile workplace social software users use intention.The study collected 190 high-end professionals as the sample data to carry on the empirical analysis. It is concluded that the new model can effectively explains the users use intention on mobile workplace social softwares. The study indicates:Web site quality (system quality, service quality) affects use intention;Perceived usefulness(PU) plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship of Web site quality (system quality, service quality) and use intention; Perceived ease of use(PEOU) also plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship of Web site quality (service quality) and use intention; Use intention is significantly influenced by network externalities; However, use intention is insignificantly influenced by perceived risks.In a word, this paper aims to explore the influential factors and mechanism of using mobile application to contribute to the promotion and innovation of mobile workplace social softwares.
