In recent years, the rapid development of highway construction in chongqing. Chongqing expressway group was completed in 2010 "on eight shot" nearly 2000 km highway construction, formed the chongqing expressway main road network. Will be built is expected by the end of 2015, chongqing "three-ring ten shot" 3000 km highway system, highway density will continue to be the first in the west. However, due to the advance and development, capital investment, financing cost is high, traffic growth is not ideal, and many other factors, the influence of chongqing expressway group funding gap problem has become increasingly prominent. The purpose of this study is to find effective methods and suitable way to solve the problem of the funding gap of chongqing expressway group, for the sustainable development of chongqing expressway group provide effective Suggestions. This paper summarizes the relevant theories of corporate financing, such as net income theory, MM theory, agency theory and so on, analyzed the group’s overall financial situation, and main financing way, pointed out the high-speed group in financing problems, main show is in shortage of equity capital and debt type single and debt maturity imbalances, such as the limited financing channels. On this basis, the paper made clear the basic thought of chongqing expressway group financing optimization, and puts forward some specific measures to optimize group financing. This paper argues that, the group should increase the proportion of direct financing, increase the advance highway project of PPP financing model, promote the diversified development of the group, strive for more policy support.
