The Great Social Division of Labor generated a series of different specialties in construction industry. As a result, a new project delivery method— DBB emerged, which is short for Design-Bid-Build. With the increasing degree of architectural complexity and social production efficiency, traditional DBB method cannot perfectly meet the demand of social needs. What`s more, DBB has caused a series of problem like serious cost overrun, severe waste, bad coordination. People employed in construction industry struggled to explore new efficient methods, forming Design-Build, Construction Management, Integrated Project Delivery step by step. The evolution of project delivery method benefits from the development of electronic information technology. It enables construction project participants to cooperate better and explore new manner of working. Integrated Project Delivery values participants` collaboration most among all these new methods, and it greatly reduces unnecessary waste and conflicts between participants. Integrated Project Delivery increases work efficiency and promotes project success, and is regarded as the most appropriate delivery method for Building Information Modelling. The very first thing to do to popularize a new project delivery method is to ensure the possibility of participants` gaining profits. Therefore, to promote Integrated Project Delivery smoothly, we need to solve interest distribution problem first. At that background, the paper introduces Integrated Project Delivery first, including its definition, principles, development and so on. Then its interest distribution issue is discussed, which is a critical issue concerning its development and popularity. Based on Integrated Project Delivery, the paper takes a project team organizing pattern—Single Purpose Entity, as an example to analysis. The paper analysis Single Purpose Entity`s unique characteristics, contract system, mode of operation and interest distribution system. Aiming at Single Purpose Entity`s shortage on interest distribution, the paper take one further step on distribution method. First of all, related participants and affecting factors are discussed. Single Purpose Entity can be taken as dynamic alliance. By referring to dynamic alliance`s interest distribution method, the paper proposes an allocating way combined with Single Purpose Entity`s unique characteristics. The allocating way takes participants` cost, risk and effort level. After a detailed description of the new method, the paper simulates the whole allocating process with virtual data and tests its rationality. Meanwhile, the paper concludes the defects of the proposed way, pointing out the next step of the study.
