The Study On The Development Strategy Of The Animal Husbandry In The 84^th Mission Field Of 5st Division In XPCC

Animal husbandry industry, which is important to our economic development,is one of the basic industries in national economy. XinJiang, the most important base of animal husbandry industry, have the key strategic position to ensure the sustainable development of animal husbandry industry for our country. But The production and construction crops’ animal husbandry industry, as a important part of XinJiang’s animal husbandry industry, is important to promote the level of development of the whole XinJiang’s animal husbandry industry. During policy to adjust the structure of animal husbandry industry and expand the area of breeding base construction to promote the level of the industry. And the industry is belong to labor-intensive industries, have positive effect to improve the ratio of employment. The 84 th mission field is one of the most important mission field to the corps, which has the double duty of “Reclaim land” and develop the economy. Animal husbandry industry,as one of the most important industry of 84 th mission field, have the strongly effect for the field to undertake the important historic mission and develop the economy.Based on this, this paper used SWOT analysis method, the standard analysis method to carry on a comprehensive analysis of the development of in the relevant research and data on the 84 th mission field of animal husbandry, and developed appropriate strategic planning and industry development plan. Firstly, the relevant theories of the sort, to privide a theoretical basis for the study.Secondly, it analyzed the internal advantages and disadvantages, external challenges and opportunities in the development of the animal husbandry of the 84 th mission field, and makes clearly the development environment of the 84 th mission field at the present stage. Then, we formulated development strategy for animal husbandry including industrial management strategy, leading enterprises strategies, and corresponding strategies to be implemented by the project were developed. Finally, the paper puts forward the relevant safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the 84 th mission field.
